Hospice Care of Middletown is currently seeking candidates for a full-time RN, Clinical Director. Primary responsibility is to coordinate and assure compassionate and supportive patient care for our growing hospice. Specific duties include: direct clinical services; mentor and motivate staff; monitor and improve quality; and participate in business development efforts.
Qualifications necessary for this position:
• A RN in good standing with a current Ohio license
• A minimum of 3 years experience as an RN with Hospice or Homecare experience preferred
• Thorough knowledge of COPs and QAPI
• Prefer BSN and CHPN licensure
Hospice Care of Middletown is a non-profit, community based hospice whose mission is to enhance quality of life, maintain dignity, and provide comfort in life’s final stages. We are conveniently located just minutes away from I-75 in downtown Middletown’s historic business district. We offer complete benefits, an excellent PTO policy, and limited on-call duties: 1 weekend every 4 weeks. Targeted salary for this position is $58,000 annually.
